Boiler 9 Restaurant:
Converted City of Austin Energy Boiler #9 into a restaurant.
Equipment included hydronic heating and cooling, Type-1 kitchen hood exhaust and make-up air systems, hydronic sub-metering, and a hydronically tempered outside air system.
Torchy’s Tacos:
Completion of both new construction and remodel projects.
Locations Include Austin, San Antonio, College Station, Houston, Baybrook, Ft. Worth, Dallas, Arlington, and Dripping Springs.
Fixe Southern House Restaurant
Design build chilled water system with Type-1 hood systems
Yoga Pod
Hot Yoga room with custom RUPP make-up air unit and humidifier system.
